Month to Month Training.  Online training offers the benefits of working with a trainer, but in the location of your choice (home, gym, office, outside) and at the time that works best for you.



The fitness program includes:

  • Strength & Metabolic Workouts
  • Video overview of the monthly training program

  • Progression and Regression Exercises
