Sport Specific Training is for building the foundations to becomeing a high performing athlete.
If you have a child ages 10-18, I offer sport specific training to improve balance, strength, agility, and power to increase performance.
Sport Specific Training is for baseball, softball, soccer, football, and any activitiy your child wants to improve on.
