The fitness program includes:
- 2-4 workouts/week each workout being about 45 minutes
- Workouts that you will enjoy and will work towards your goal
- Support via Free Fitness vs Food App
- Videos to understand the moves you are doing
- Ability to submit videos of your exercises for coaching
- Weekly Check-In Calls
